Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across India. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Return Policy for Perfumes

Important Notice:

Due to the nature of perfume products and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perfume items. Please choose your fragrances carefully.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Air Fresheners & Humidifiers

Returns are not accepted for air fresheners and humidifier essences due to hygiene reasons. However, damaged or defective items will be replaced following the same 48-hour reporting policy.
